Dragging a mattress through the streets of Ballard and dumping.

An example of the dumping that is going on with the continued tolerance of the RV population in Ballard. This community that we continue to tolerate is taking advantage by not paying the dumping fees like everyone else and placing further responsibility on our already struggling local business community. We need our city leadership to step in and put an end to this. Our streets should not be the unhoused population's living and dumping grounds.
